“From the moment I walked in, Leo made me feel welcome. He was genuinely friendly, personable and easy to chat to, which made the whole experience really relaxed. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work, and the attention to detail throughout the haircut was outstanding. He took his time to make sure everything was perfect rather than rushing, and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. The haircut and wash came to just £25, which for almost 40 minutes of professional service is incredible value for money. The hot towel treatment was a fantastic finishing touch and made the experience feel even more premium. I walked out feeling fresh, confident and genuinely impressed. It’s rare to find someone who combines excellent technical skill with such great customer service, but Leo does exactly that. “I get my hair cut short around once a year then let it grow out. By the time that I was looking at LEO'S I had a full mane that I was eager, but a little anxious to get rid of. Leo very kindly saw me as his last drop-in for the day & did a fantastic job for a very reasonable price. “My first impressions when I arrived in the shop was this is a proper man's barber shop. I was greeted politely by both Gents working the clippers. As soon as I sat to have my haircut, Leo introduced himself which made me feel very comfortable, enough to share I have ASD, he accommodated me perfectly, checked in on me and was very flexible with my needs.
